Senior Accountant / Controller
As Dellia’s new Senior Accountant / Controller, you will hold overall responsibility for financial management, reporting, and cash flow in Denmark. The role is about creating transparency in the company’s finances and supporting management in strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for accounting, reporting, internal controls, and collaboration with the auditor.
You will work closely with colleagues and external partners, handling tasks ranging from daily routines to development projects. We are looking for a proactive and independent person who brings structure, insight, and progress in a busy environment.
Areas of Responsibility
Reporting and accounting: Prepare ongoing financial reports, ensure accurate bookkeeping, and manage financial closing in cooperation with the auditor.
Budget and liquidity: Prepare budgets together with the CEO, monitor liquidity, and ensure sufficient funds for operations and growth.
Collaboration and compliance: Maintain dialogue with auditors, banks, and authorities; ensure compliance with legislation, including accounting, taxation, and GDPR.
BI and analysis: Prepare analyses, key performance indicators, and business cases for new initiatives.
Group reporting: Prepare financial material and update data in CCH Tagetik.
We are looking for someone who
Has long-term experience with similar tasks and responsibilities and can document results from such a role.
Holds a higher education degree in finance or accounting (e.g., HD(R), HA, or equivalent).
Has experience from a startup or growth company, preferably within FMCG.
Is fluent in Norwegian/Danish and English.
Is familiar with Uniconta, CCH Tagetik, and Excel (advantageous).
Preferably has experience with payroll, reimbursements, VAT, and duties.
