Sales Manager
Dellia Sweden has rapidly grown from zero to becoming the leading branded supplier in the dried fruit category within just two years. With fast-growing brands like Sunshine Delights, Dippies, and A Date With, the company continues to expand its market presence.
They are now seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to strengthen customer relationships, enhance profitability, and translate insights into action. This is your opportunity to take ownership of Sweden’s sales strategy—collaborating with top brands, key retail partners, and a results-driven team committed to success.
This role involves managing key customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively across different functions and countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Customer Management: Oversee all sales activities in Sweden and Iceland, ensuring revenue growth and profitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. New business development.
- Trade & Pricing Strategy: Negotiate trade activities with category and sales departments. Manage pricing strategies to achieve target gross profit margins.
- Operational Coordination: Maintain close communication with customer purchasing departments and collaborate with procurement specialists to ensure seamless deliveries.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and analyse performance to support business decisions.
- Customer Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations for customer meetings, particularly during new product launches.
- Sales Force Support: Create sales materials and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for our sales force partner’s representatives. Attend partner conferences to present updates, share insights, and introduce new tools for upcoming sales cycles.
- Financial & Administrative Tasks: Manage and update pricing lists in Fortnox, oversee purchase order communication, and collaborate with the CFO and COO on cash flow management.
- Cross-Market Collaboration: Participate in regular sales meetings with other markets to align strategies and share best practices.
- P&L Management: Work closely with the accounting agency and CFO to monitor and manage monthly profit and loss statements.

- Experience from FMCG.
- A skilled negotiator who balances profitability and market demands.
- A strategic thinker with expertise in forecasting and data analysis.
- An excellent communicator with a talent for impactful presentations.
- Experienced in sales, account management, or business development.
- Proficient in financial reporting, budget management, and cash flow oversight.
- A collaborative team player who thrives on knowledge sharing across markets.
- Capable of developing and implementing strategic sales plans.
