Become a key player in our Supply Chain

As our Supply Chain Specialist, you will play an important role. Together with our Supply Chain Director and with strong backing from our experienced team in the Nordics, the task is to establish procedures, methods, and principles for the supply chain in the Dellia Group. Oversee the supply of products to our warehouses across seven countries, ensuring delivery capacity meets agreed KPIs.

The Key responsibilities for this role:

• Ensure purchasing for each destination corresponding to each country's forecast and eventually mix the containers to maximize payload and optimize logistics costs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our Dellia colleagues in Shanghai to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure the container rates and timeframes are optimized from booking in Shanghai to delivery in Europe.
• Implement best practices for cash flow optimization to maximize resources while effectively mitigating financial risk.
• Preparation and drafting of documents for the bank related to letters of credit.
• Train the European office in use of the systems (ERP and BI).

Also, we look for:

• A global mindset with a proven track record of working across international markets.
• 3–5 years of relevant and hands-on experience in a similar role within the supply chain/planning sector.
• A master’s degree in supply chain or logistics is preferred; however, candidates with substantial relevant experience will also be considered.
• Experience with software systems designed to enhance and streamline supply chain processes.
• Willingness to travel, with approximately 25 days of annual travel required to engage with global partners and operations, including in Europe, China, and Cambodia.
• Demonstrated expertise in collaborating with banks on international credit management, with a strong understanding of key financial metrics.
• Excel champion and high knowledge of Business Intelligence systems.
• Fluency in English and Danish.
• Fluency in Mandarin/Chinese is preferred to facilitate communication with colleagues in Shanghai.
